Cara de Planta took root in 2014 under the care of brothers Isaí and Samuel Pineda. 

Their vision is to create a space where people live a new concept: the world is a garden and we are the vessels.

Originating in Oaxaca, Mexico, Cara de Planta weaves a narrative that bridges ancient traditions with contemporary sensibilities, exploring pre-Columbian themes such as faces, fauna, and anthropomorphic vessels. Beyond the mere manipulation of clay, the Pinedas’ work invites emotional connection, transcending form and function. Each creation reflects their reverence for the medium of clay and is an embodiment of patience, creativity, and sensory exploration.
