What advice would your 80-year-old self give you? That's the question artist Susan O’Malley asked ordinary people of all ages in her series “Advice From My 80-Year-Old Self”. O'Malley collected responses—words of encouragement, truth, and generosity—and transformed them into bold prints, public artworks, and a book.

Susan O’Malley (1976–2015) was an artist and curator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. From posters to pep talks, billboards to vending machines, O’Malley used simple tools of engagement to connect people to one another.
